Correct me if I’m wrong but Justice B. Sudershan Reddy retired in July 2011 and was nominated to Vice President in August 2025 by INDIA bloc. He was nominated 14 years after retirement. 

Whereas, the following positions were given by BJP. Isn’t the timelines here more concerning?

1. Justice Ranjan Gogoi ( retired Nov 2019 and nominated to Rajya Sabha in March 2020)
2. Justice S Abdul Nazeer ( Retired Jan 2023, appointed Governor in Feb 2023)
3. Justice P Sathasivam ( retired April 2014, appointed Governor in Sept 2014)

Sudarshan Reddy served as a judge of the Supreme Court of India from 2007 to 2011, and is now named as a VP (largely rubber stamp role) in 2025.

Ranjan Gogoi served as the Chief Justice of India from 2018 to 2019, and joined BJP as Rajya Sabha MP in 2020.

This is the same party which has blatantly misused the power.. Since 2014 ED has investigated 25 ministers- all of those are opposition, and 23 out of these joined BJP. Not even a single person was convicted.

Just pick them all up, every single one of these goons, these terrorists (I am 100% sure there are enough scams they have committed, details of which haven't come out because they are controlling the flow of information and the media) and investigate every single one of their scams. But if and when that happens, we, the public, will also have to make sure that we don't give a free pass to that future government or they might go the BJP-way too. If they truly had such noble intentions they would rather have brought in a bill barring any leader who is facing criminal charges. The leaders will only get tickets once exonerated or acquitted by the courts. Forget state cabinets even the parliament is today filled with accused criminals from each &amp; every party.  46% parliamentarians have criminal charges. Imagine that number. 1 out of 2 are accused criminals making bills for us.

 This was the one of the primary demands by the NGO'S &amp; Agencies who were fighting against corruption in Indian politics even during the IAC movement in 2011. That bill never happened as did the lokpal.
